Hello and welcome! My name is Yanuaria and for simplicity, I usually go by Ria. I work as an IT specialist but also I am the blogger behind this website.

Ria, is an entrepreneurial leader with a great passion to help others reach their goals.

I’m here for you as both a resource guide and as a friend.

I want to hear about your experiences. I want to know how else I can help you. I want the Smart Leader Affiliate experience to be our experience, together. That’s how we all learn. Working as a team, together, including me.

Why you should read and follow my blog?

Over the years, I realized that with the right mindset and the proper support, people can accomplish what they set their minds to, and this is the reason I created SLA, “Smart Leader affiliate”. If you are ready to create an online business, I want you to know that I am here to help you out.

Being an online entrepreneur is possible, but it takes work, time and dedication. Do not expect instant success. Like any business, it will take time. If you work hard for a year or two building content on your website, your business will start paying off for you.

What is the purpose of SmartLeaderAffiliate?

I have created SLA as an engine to help people achieve online business success. My purpose is to give you all the tools and techniques that I have learned and what has worked for me over the years as an affiliate marketer. If you follow my training, I assure you will be more than prepared to start your own online business. If you are not sure that my training works, you can try it out yourself, is free.

Today I own several websites and the two I enjoy the most serve the purpose of helping others improve themselves. Helping people find and live their passion is incredibly rewarding for me.

If we are going to work together, I would like you to know me better.

I was born and lived most of my life in the beautiful Caribbean island called the Dominican Republic. I moved to the United States in 2008 and I am blessed to be married and have two beautiful children.

What was my main motivation?

After 10 years of hard work in my profession to help my family prosper, my husband and I found ourselves with the need to have something else, something that could provide more financial freedom. I realized that I could also earn good money without the need to work an 8 to 5 schedule as an employee in a very big company. I needed a change, I did not want to accept this lifestyle.

In order to spend more time with my family, I needed to either leave my job or get a part-time job. Of course, that is easier said than done. I felt that I couldn’t and, I didn’t want to leave my professional career. But what options did I have?

This psychological pressure of wanting to do something different, drove me to produce amazing results, forcing me to search for alternatives. This alternative is what I want to share with you.

I knew that working from home would help me spend more time with my family, which is one of the reasons I was looking for a different way to earn money. But, how would I achieve that?

Why do I want to help people in their online business while working from Home?

Because I have experienced those benefits first hand. I have more time for myself, for my family, if something happens in the middle of the day I can attend to it and now I have more time to travel even more often.

So, why I am here? I am here because after found the right training, I want to show you my experience so you can also take advantage. I do not know everything but, but I would like to share what I have learned.

On one occasion, I found myself reading about Internet businesses and it was like a door opened, I saw an opportunity in front of me. I found a community called wealthy affiliate. In that time was a Free registration, and still is. I registered on their website right away and, my experience since then has been so gratifying to the point that I become a paid member and helper. Today, I really recommend this to people that are looking to build a successful online business using affiliates like Amazon, eBay, target. This community really was a life changer for me.

There I found a mentor from where I learned everything I know today and, here I am after two years of hard work on the online business. Helping you guys to do the same. By no means, my learning process is over, the sky is my limit.
